The 100 g Honey Cake MARLENKA® is a reduced version of the larger honey cake. It is also made according to an old Armenian family recipe. The highest quality ingredients are used to make it, without any preservatives or colourings. The characteristic and original taste is mainly thanks to its fluffy honey dough, delicious cream and roasted walnut kernels, or cocoa.
Both variants were given the KLASA award by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic for exceptional quality as well as extraordinary shelf life.
Honey Cakes MARLENKA® with Walnuts 100 g
A layered honey cake with caramel cream, decorated with walnuts, honey crumbs and cocoa strips. A confectionery product with a light fat filling (51%).
Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, milk, margarine [palm fat*, drinking water, fully hydrogenated coconut fat, rapeseed oil, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides
of fatty acids, lecithin), edible salt, flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid)], egg melange, glucose syrup, honey 5%, rapeseed oil, walnuts 1.7%, drinking water, caramelized sugar syrup 0.4%, leavening agent (bicarbonate of soda), butter, natural caramel flavouring, reduced-fat cocoa 0.13%, flavouring.
May contain traces of soy. No preservatives or colourings.
Packaged in a protective atmosphere. According to an old Armenian family recipe.
